How To Manual Update Lollipop to Marshmallow

Since i not getting ota update to marshmallow, i wanna try to manual update. But when i finish downloading the zip file, i dont know if i must exctract the file and copy the update.app file only to dload folder in my internal storage or just copy the update.zip without exctract and copy it to dload folder. Please help me.
