Safe To Root This Version Of Edge?

I am ready to root my device and check out all the custom ROMS/creations that the greats around here have created. BUT - I saw there was a list of incompatible devices, however it is a dead link and I can not see the bad devices when I click the link. Here are my device specs

Am I safe to root? And if yes, can someone point me to a good download of the factory image, just in case I screw the pooch on something? I can't find a good download for that either.
