Hi. I recently used TWRP to restore the stock image on my HTC 10 so that I could update from 1.80 to 1.90. Following the restore, the phone has been sitting at the red "This build is for development purposes only" message for 15 minutes. Holding down the Power button doesn't turn it off. My computer doesn't recognize it when it's plugged in. Is there anything to do or am I hosed?
