Moto Care - Unable to process your credit card

Anyone else get this issue? Tried with 2 of my own debit cards and even a friend's credit card. 7 times via the website and on the phone, it will charge my card, but then get the following email between 30 minutes and 12 hours:


We are contacting you in regards of your RMA xxxxxx-xxxxxx IMEI # xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. We do apologize for all the inconvenience this may have caused but unfortunately we were unable to process your credit card. Please contact us as soon as possible at 1800-734-5870. so we may reprocess your order or you can also process a new RMA online using a different credit card with different CARDHOLDER information (name. phone number, email, shipping and billing address)
We appreciate your patience and understanding about this matter.

I'm 2 weeks into just getting them to start the repair process. It's been escalated, by the repair escalations team twice, but still no resolution. I would like to think our community could troubleshoot better as independents than their bureaucratic system of mindless looping.

So, anyone else experience this issue? I'm starting to regret leaving my phone close to the pool on that fateful Memorial Day, but I'm starting to regret more for not shelling out for the Nexus 6P in the first place which would have been back to me within a few days.
