It was mentioned in another post that the Chinese variant of the P9 Plus. I'm making another post just to help others from making the same mistake as I did. I totally bought this phone （AL-10) expecting it to have NFC and was quite disappointed to find out the phone didn't have NFC . I tried to return the phone the next day, but of course, Chinese return policies aren't quite as flexible as North America. I was totally pumped to be able to use Android pay.
I wonder if the phone NFC capable but the Chinese version of EMUI somehow has it disabled at the software level? AL-10)
