I've had my ascend mate 7 MT7-L09 for over a year now and haven't rooted or unlocked the bootloader. I've been still using android 4.4.2 and there haven't been any updates since the only OTA update to b143. Is there any way to update my phone to the latest firmware and android version? All of the guides I've found online all start from a different firmware and I don't want to brick my phone. I'm in the US using AT&T if that info helps at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
