Hello friends.
I have tried building AOSP MM for Z00L/T from source.
So, what i have done till now is, set up UBUNTU 13.10 via virtualbox on my win7 64bit system.
Installed JDK
Installed required git tools and packages, completed setting up repo.
Downloaded AOSP 6.0.1 sources from here
http://ift.tt/2aFScOy
http://ift.tt/2aT5YRo
Placed them in AOSP/.repo
So, until now I did everything as explained in guides on xda.
Now, how to download device identity?
So, any of the developer here already tried building AOSP or their work is in progress?
Why AOSP isn't built yet for our device?
Any problems while building?
If so, should I continue building or stop it right here?
Also, anyone else with a powerful system and a good bandwidth willing to try it? Coz, my system have 4GB RAM, out of which i assigned 1.5GB to VB, which might leads to slow building process.
Help of any developer will be appreciated.
Thanks.
Hit Thanks If I Helped 😊
