Ersin with Android 5.1.1 Loquendo TTS don't works

Hi,
I need some help.
My Android System says that the Standard-Language are not supported completly.
Therefore TTS voices only works with pico-TTS. Sounds quiet bad.
How can I get Loquendo working???
