General ROM and APP troubleshooting

ive noticed my phone has been slowing down significantly when using googleplay over Bluetooth and other odd behaviors.
i dont know if its my ROM: Viper One
the app itself: Google Play
'the wireless configuration: Bluetooth
or the phone itself: HTC One M8

its also randomly freezing, restarting itself, and something is draining the battery like crazy

could you point me to some threads so i can figure this out? :(
