MS Access readability on an SM-T700

I have copied over a directory from my laptop to a 128gb sd card through the adapter on the LT. I can get all the files, (Word, Excel, Adobe) to access just fine, but when I try to use the app name "AccessDB Viewer" for the Access files, I get this error message:

/storage/extSDCard/VFW/Access/Database1.accdb: open failed: EACCES (Permission denied)
