Trouble transfering files between PC and HTC One A9

Hi! I'm running the latest Cyanogenmod on my One A9, everything works fine, except when I want to transfer files between my PC and my A9. When I plug it in to the PC it just doesn't recognize it. It only recognizes it when I have "charge only".

Any help is appreciated.
