7sec Lag when i open messages,phone, and settings app Please Help!

im getting a 7 sec lag when i open the messages app phone app and setings app so it simple words when i open those apps it takes 7sec delay to open any ideas? it happend after flashing this zip for debloat maybe it deletes a app or file we need any ideas which file is so i can add it back? here the debloat script http://ift.tt/1tq2nij
