So today received an email stating I can call in to have my replacement note 7 sent in to a store near me. So I called and actually the process didn't have any wait time which was great considering every time I normally call, i have to go through the "we will call you back in xxx minutes. Now to issue I'm not happy about.....i asked the rep if I would be getting same color that I currently have (titanium) and he told he that he can't guarantee which color I'll be getting. I told him well if I'm not happy with the mystery color you're sending me, then I'm not exchanging the phone until I get the correct color. I'm not spending $800.00 on a phone and let them dictate my color especially when this whole recall b.s. isn't my fault. Did anyone else experience this?
