[HELP ME] Want to install MIUI on a Winows 10 rom

Hello all,

I have bought an MIPAD2, but the seller sold me a Windows 10 version. I want the MIUI version.
Have readed the tutorial but did not find anything: http://ift.tt/2cns3Fb this one doesen help me out here at all.
Because when i use the flash_all.bat i come in fastboot and have the ''oppertunity'' to unlock the bootloader after pressing yes the mi bunny splits in half and nothing happening anymore.....

So i tried something my own

But it doesent work at all :( Who can help me out here....
I am now again at the full fastboot, and waithing for support what to doo :(
