I hope I can find help here since AT&T support are completer numbnuts when it comes with helping solve my problems. I have a Note Edge from ATT running Stock Andriod 6.0.1.
The Freezing and random reboots has been happening more and more since I updated android.
Is there any way I can figure out how to pin point the problem before I file a claim to have my replaced.
I really want to fix the random restars and freezes before I return the phone to get an exchange. I already factory restored/cleared the cache several times with no effect.
Any help is appreciated.
