My girlfriend has a Galaxy Grand Prime. But today she came to me. She had reset her phone and had to log in with a Google account. This she was completely forgotten and she really had no idea what that could be. When she bought it, she had filled in nonsense. But now she's a big problem, they can not in the phone.
I soon found the OTG manire on the Internet, you could reset the phone via USB. Unfortunately this did not work. I also see the status: FPR LOCK: ENABLED in download mode. I can flash new recovery. Officele ROM via dial or SamMobile is no problem ... but nothing helps .. I'm able to go in Download mode and Recovery. Hard resetting doesn't work.
Is there anyone who can help us out of the fire?
