Help? Fire TV gen 1

I need to reset my fire tv but this is all that comes up in recovery. I have factory bootloader and everything. No root, it just keeps doing bootloops. The remote isn't responsive in this mode but I have a usb keyboard. What do I press to make the menu pop up? Or am I screwed? Any help would be very much appreciated
