Bootloop Idol 3 6045Y..

Hello..
I have problem with my phone, i dont have twrp recovery and my stock rom get bootloop. I forget to flash twrp (just boot in twrp and restore rom), and after restore room via twrp i get bootloop, my phone restart when on display show welcome, so i cant turn on debugging and enter in bootloader mode to install againg twrp recovery.
When i use power button and volume + i boot in stock recovery..
So any way to enter on bootloader mode and flash twrp?
I try wih sideload ADB, but no success.
Mobile Upgrade Q dont work with my phone, aways 20% and last software.

3.5 mm jack bugs?

Recently my LG V10 T-mobile model received its sweet marshmallow update. Unfortunately I have noticed that the headphone jack is now causing some bugs on my device. Doing a reboot on my device with a pair of headphones connected will freeze the phone on the LG boot screen. Unfortunately the only way I have found to resolve the issue is remove the battery and headphones and then it boots up just fine. Occasionally I have plugged in the headphones when the screen is off and then try to wake it and encounter another frozen device.
This has been just annoying enough to me that I did a factory reset thinking maybe the drivers may have been messed up in the upgrade process? Sadly the problem still persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I am a confident rooter/rom flasher but was enjoying the extra T-mobile benefits in the official build. Any suggestions guys?

Tough bug

Hello XDA world! I have met one terrible bug with game data folder/files. I used FolderMount to play GTA SA from sdcard. Somehow obb files were gone one day and I can't delete that folder ... Game in ctrl panel shows 2,5 gigs size in total... I have met this bug earlier, but forgot how to fix it. What I remember in phone root folders there was that game data folder, and you had to delete everything in it to fix it up. If I explained this too complicated, I will try to explain in comments later

Help about My Knox on Galaxy Note 5

Hi.

I have a couple of questions about My Knox.
1. If i put some pictures into My Knox, would those be available for other apps?
2. Would putting pictures in Knox secure them from copying by connecting the phone to a pc via cable?
3. How to add more apps to Knox? Like I have skype in cell but not in my Knox on same device.
4. A couple of examples about when to use Knox? What exactly is the purpose of the app?

M8 can't receive calls, flashed wrong ROM? (4G problem)

Yesterday I flashed my AT&T HTC M8 to a custom ROM (Wolla) because my phone was really laggy after the Lollipop update, and I noticed that although I am still able to make calls, I cannot receive calls anymore. I am wondering if it is possible that I messed up a step somewhere (especially step 3), or if I flashed my phone with the wrong ROM?

I also looked around on XDA more, and realized a few people also had this problem, and it was resolved by turning 4G data off. Apparently this is a problem with AT&T activating Voice over LTE, and the custom ROM not supporting/compatible. Is there a suggested fix to this problem (eg. flash back to the RUU on HTC's site)?

Here are the instructions that I followed to flash the new ROM:

1. Unlocked my phone via the HTCDev website
2. Installed TWRP
3. (Here is where I think the problem occured). I downloaded the Wolla Marshmallow ROM from the XDA thread, and took the boot.img image from the .zip into my fastboot folder.
4. Then in fastboot, I typed in "fastboot flash boot boot.img", then "fastboot reboot" to reboot my phone.
5. HOWEVER, my phone would be stuck in white Android booting screen, and wouldn't move for around 10 minutes, so I thought it was stuck.
6. I redid step 4 a few times, but the same thing always occured.
7. Finally, I decided to take the boot.img file from an RUU from HTC's website, and use that instead of the boot.img from the Wolla .zip file.
8. Now my phone boots, and everything seemed to work.

The only issue is that although I can make phone calls, I cannot seem to receive phone calls. It doesn't "ring" on the caller's end, and goes to voicemail in the end.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

My phone is an HTC One M8 bought from AT&T, unlocked about a year ago.

Cannot sync contacts on Nexus 5 to car Android multimedia device

I installed a generic Android car multimedia device( Android 4.4). I can pair the car device to the Nexus 5 over bluetooth and use the music function. While paired I can use the car device to make and answer phone calls in the Nexus
However, when I try to sync the Nexus contacts to the device, the car device reports 0 contacts.
I installed an app called My Local Account from the play store, but no change.
Is there any way to save the contacts on the Nexus localy, like other phones, so that the car device wiil see them?

XPERIA Z3 (D6603): Removing brand logo, stock rom [Need help, explanation]

Hey!
First of all I hope this is the correct section for this problem.

I looked everywhere, on xda, on other forums, and no luck, so I decided to ask my questions directly.

Well, it's like this. I have a XPERIA Z3 which is branded with T-Mobile. It has T-Mobile applications/bloatware, and T-Mobile logo on boot. My question is, can I remove the applications, and the boot logo without rooting?
Or can I download an unbranded stock ROM (or firmware, not sure if it's the same thing) for Z3, and that way remove the T-Mobile logo and applcations? Will that work?
If someone knows, please tell me where to download the stock ROM/firmware.

Battery drain while idle

Is anyone having issues with battery drain while not using their phone? My wife and I both have noticed pretty good battery drain while we're not using our phones. Going into settings and checking under the battery menu, all we show is phone idle. I've adjusted all my settings to be as battery friendly as possible including turning of wifi and mobile data, minimum brightness, 30 second screen time out, constantly clearing my recents, black wallpapers, daydream off. We're still losing battery life pretty quickly and for the life of me I can't figure it out.

Samsung galaxy tab s2-T815 HELP!!!

Okay, so I recently brought this tablet only last week and up until a week it randomly started freezing on different apps and force closing them! So I ended up checking to see if it was a software bug and checked if the tablet needed an update but no luck there as the tablet kept giving me an error unable to download latest update for no reason at all! So I decided to use sammobile which I have used before in the past for my Samsung s6 so I know how it works and I found the latest update for my tablet on o2 as it's locked to o2 and I realised my tablet was on an older firmware so I downloaded and flashed the new firmware. Once it was done it loaded up as normal I signed in to all my apps and for a couple of hours it was fine until I suddenly placed it down to charge and it randomly rebooted for no reason so I picked it up to check it and now sometimes when I open up Facebook or app store or anything really sometimes they work and sometimes they say they have stopped! For example "unfortunately Google play store has stopped" and once one of them says it's stopped the rest stasrt randomly popping up saying they have stopped and I can't literally touch the tablet because it keeps popping up so I have to reboot the tablet! I have tried factory resetting with no luck it works for a while after resetting but starts again! PLEASE HELP! I ONLY RECNTLY BROUGHT THIS NEW!!! SO SHOULDNT HAVE ISSUES!

Change bootanimation no root?

I'm curious if anyone knows if it's possible to change the boot animation away from the T-Mobile one without root. I've read it's possible with adb but I've had no luck. I've changed the DPI to 540 with adb. I'm trying to make the most out of my v10 until root is hopefully achieved on MM.

How to have separate Dual SIM sim signal bars in status bar instead of merged one ?

I'm using AOSP v4 ROM in my Redmi Note 3 Pro(snapdragon) , it has merged signal bar for both SIM which means instead of showing 2 separate signal for dual SIM , it shows only 1 signal bar which makes it difficult to know which SIM has high/low signal and makes it difficult to troubleshoot in case of any problem.
Asked in AOSP thread but no help.

Tried different xposed modules , still no help.
I'm not good with modding and stuff.
If anybody have any idea how to split signal bar into 2 , please let me know.

Quick toggles disappeared after Marshmallow update.

I have the Sm-915G model of Note Edge..... 3 days ago i received an OTA that upgraded the system to Marshmallow. Everything is working perfect however the quick toggles in the notifications drawer have dissappeared(all of them including wifi,bluetooth ,gps ,etc ). I tried using the reset option in the settings but even that didnt help..... I dont know what to do plz help..

No firmware on htc one s

Hey, my friend gave me a Htc One S to fix. When I try to power it the phone just blinks for a sec, when i charge it after couple minutes the charging batery appears and then i can get into a bootloader ( and only bootloader). Going into recovery boots into bootloader again, reboot results bootloop. I tried to fix it by RUU but an error appears (i dont remember what error). Any ideas ? :p

LG G2 (Secure booting error) can boot into TWRP. How do i fix this?

T-Mobile D801 (This was my previous phone that i had rooted before) My dads LG G2 was having issues with the touchscreen on CM so i decided to flash the stock ROM but i guess i might have skipped a few steps and after flashing i got :boot certification verify, secure booting error! and cause: boot certification verify. after that i tried flashing a backup but i got the same thing. My friend told me to wipe all the files so i did and that's what point i am on now. I can still boot into recovery but have no idea what to do further, i tried to following one of the guides on here (forgot link sorryz) but once i got to one of the steps where i plug my phone in my PC would recognize it as a bunch of drives (tried this on a different PC as well) WILL REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP GUYS!

Phone stuck at boot logo (SM-G935F)

Hello,

After rooting my phone through CF-Auto Root from Chainfire and installing the TEKXnesis HYBRID Rom, I got the Xposed Installer message that the module was missing and I needed to install it...

So I downloaded this file: xposed-v83-sdk23-arm64.zip and installed it through TWRP... After that I cleared cache and rebooted and then... I got stuck at the Samsung Logo...

I tried to restart the phone through Volume Down and Power Button, which worked but got me into the stuck logo again...
All other options aren't working...

What can I do? I definitely need some help over here... :(

You all know that Galaxy S3 gt-i9305 doesn't offer the possibility to use a selfie-stick to take pictures. Other Samsung phones have the option of using the volume button to take pictures. There are some posts about using GS4 camera on GS3 but with many bugs.
So, how can I use GS3 Neo camera on GS3 LTE since both have the same camera spécifications?

This is not an official release by Samsung, but just a*custom ROM*which would require a*custom recovery like ClockworkMod*in order to flash*the ROMzip*and*Google Apps*zip files on your phone

Marshmallow based ROMs have been released for Samsung Galaxy S4 I337. Following these steps you will be able to update*Samsung Galaxy S4 model I337 to Android 6.0.1

One S rooted and S-On but can't update software

Hi everybody :cowboy:

I have One S with unlocked bootloader, rooted with supersu, S-On at present.

What I want to do is to update the android software, but as you'll be aware, is not possible on a "tampered" device. The software update utility says there is an update available "3.16.61.11" for my Orange UK One S (which is actually network unlocked and running on EE sim).

Is there anywhere or anyone that can help me to update the software as the phone is running terribly slow and very sluggish, and can't use the device to it's full potential.

I have read a number of the xda threads about changing/checking and matching baseband (radio) and other things but with varied successes it seems.

Any help will be greatly received!!

Has the A1 MM Battery Drain been resolved ?

Hi Guys,

My phone is running in perfect condition *touchwood* on stock 5.1.1 and stock recovery. Been updated with all the OTA's till 5.1.1. I had seen numerous complaints on the forum for Marshmallow regarding the battery drain and because of which i haven't updated my device till date. The OTA notification has been there since long and i just keep tapping later.

So if the members could give a go ahead to Marshmallow with the build number which is perfectly fine, i would like my A1 to jump onto the Marshmallow bandwagon. Also, please add the direct download link in reply from where i can download that particular build.

C6903/ Xperia Z1 don't start.

Hi everyone,
It's been a day I'm looking for a solution for my problem. At home I made a charger, with li-ion batteries. When I plugged it in my phone (after boosting up the voltage to 5V), it immediately turned off and since then the phone does nothing.
When I want to charge it, the red led is on and every second it goes off for a fraction of time. With those things, I first thought I bricked my phone (It was rooted but original software and locked bootloader), so I followed the methods of this thread (http://ift.tt/1jw4oiS) but my phone is not recognized. There's no reaction from the computer after I plug the phone to my computer with the test point to ground.
I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem.

Help finding a good phablet (6+ inch phone)

before anything let me say to the mods that i searched and there was no thread relating to my need. the recommendation thread doesn't fit my question so i hope this doesnt get deleted.

so, i currently own a huawei mate 7 which i somewhat hate but since i got rid of my nexus 5 late last year i have no choice but to use it. luckily there are new phones available now and later so ill hopefully have at least a few choices.

at the moment im looking at the oppo r9+ but i would really appreciate as many suggestions as i can get. the recommendations need to be of phones that are 6 inches and above. ideally with a snapdragon soc and hopefully with custom rom support. my current discontent with my mate7 is the lack of custom roms and thats due to huwei not helping by releasing sources.

i plan on waiting to buy my next phone till after i do extensive research this time around (never again huawei!..... NEVER AGAIN!!) so suggestions about phones possibly coming out next year are ok. thanks in advance for any and all help!

Nexus 6 Screen Peeling Off

Hi Guys,

I was cleaning my phone the other day when I noticed an ackward gap between the screen and phone. I inspected it and I've just noticed the screen is coming off the phone. I had a look around and it's going from the bottom to the top. Has anyone had this problem?

BTW phone is has been in a pouch for 1.5 years and I can confirm has never been dropped. Given the phone is out of warranty what are the chances Motorola will repair this for free???

It connects two circuit boards. It's the cable that the guy is handling at about 2:30 in this video.

GOT TROUBLE WHILE INSTALLING A RECOVERY? GET A WORKING TWRP RECOVERY AFTER 2 MINUTES:

• open any root explorer app like ES FILE MANAGER
• Delete /system/etc/mm_twrp_recovery folder
• Go to /system/bin/ folder
• Look for the "chargemon.stock" file - If it's present, delete this one: chargemon - and now, rename the chargemon.stock to chargemon
• Look for the "taimport.stock" file - If it's present, delete this one: taimport - and now, rename the taimport.stock to taimport
• Reboot
• download "recovery fix.zip" from mega.nz
• extract the file and run "adbrecoveryfix.exe" the .exe file will install some needed files (normally into C:\Minimal ADB and Fastboot\ )
• copy the files from the folder "RECOVERY FILES" into the "Minimal ADB and Fastboot" Folder
• connect your xperia with the pc
• open the "m a a d" folder and then SHIFT+RIGHT CLICK to open a command window

Sd card problema with Huawei Y635

Hello everyone. Briefly, here is my problem: after I reboot my phone, my sdcard works perfectly for about 5 minutes. After that, the phone still recognizes the card, but there's no way to put anything on it whatsoever. More, the apps or files I moved onto the card in the brief 5 minutes it worked are gone.
I have a Huawei Y635, rooted, stock rom (KitKat 4.4.4), Nova launcher. I already run the KitKat sdfix, including the xposed module. I have an 8 gigs no-name sd card. Please, PLEASE, help me. Many thanx to all.

Bootloop problem

So I recently flashed a boot loader and modem for the XtreStoLite mod for Android 6. I was however unaware that before flashing you should have unchecked the "Auto Reboot" option. Now my phone is at the screen with "Samsung Galaxy S6" and it doesn't do anything. It won't go into Download mode, it won't go into Recovery mode. Is my phone bricked? Can I wait until the battery runs out or something? If I can do something to get into recovery mode, please can anyone tell me how to get there? :(:(:(

Issues with battery life

So I've had this phone now for probably 3 months or so, but ever since I got it I've had some issues with the battery life in general, but it has only gotten worse by time and it's driving me crazy. Right now I'm barely even able to go through a day of using the phone without having to bring a charger with me and re-fill the battery, even with only 2-3 hours of on-screen time at most (no games either, just social media like facebook and snapchat etc.).

I've tried many steps to try to fix the issues, at first I tried to restore my phone using Samsung Smart Switch and that did not help resolving the issue. I've also tried to disable apps using Package Disabler Pro and I've also disabled GPS and NFC, but that didn't help at all.

Is there anything more I can do, or shall I just get it sent back for repairs?

T Mobile LG V10 Battery Life is Miserable

I have this phone since last year when it comes originally with Lollipop. Now that it's been updated to Marshmallow couple days ago, the battery life hasn't been improved one bit. In fact, it can barely reach 2 hours SOT.

Stuck on "waiting for device" when trying to unlock bootloader

I've been trying to unlock the bootloader on my HTC rezound and when I go to command prompt and type in "fastboot oem get_identifier_token" it just says "waiting for device" and stays there without doing anything else.

I have the latest androidsdk. I created a folder named Android in the c drive and put the files from an Android sdk folder in the new Android folder which includes the platform-tools files and has the fastboot file.

I also had tried an older androidsdk that I had and put a fastboot file from htcdev.com into one of the folders in androidsdk or the androidsdk folder itself (forgot which one), but I had the same result.

One thing I notice is in device manager it shows "Android USB" and under that it says "HTC usb" or something, but there's an exclamation mark inside a triangle or something like that. When I click the properties for it, it says something similar to if not exactly "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".

I am using an old laptop with Windows Vista Premium 32-bit. I tried some different usb ports, but I still have had the same issue. The phone charges through the laptop so it at least gets recognized in some way.

Any ideas on what to do?

I had the rom Android Revolution installed on my HTC M8.
Today I installed the new ROM Revolution, Android 6.0, but when I could not turn on wifi.

After searching in google found that I had to update my firmware, which I have subsequently done via the PC with mini-sdk. That did not work, and now I'm stuck in fastboot.

Recientemente compré un MOTO G XT1039 que al principio no entraba al recovery, baje una infinidad de recoverys, ninguno conseguia flashearlo, logré hacerlo con la herramienta Mototools AIOV3, pero no puedo instalar roms, ni recovery, nada, el bootloader esta desbloqueado.
logre bootear el TWRP con el comando

de ahi pruebo instalar los recovery o roms pero no los flashea, cuando enciende enciende como si no hubiera hecho nada. los errores que obtengo flasheando desde fastboot son "hab check failed for boot" "hab check failed for recovery" o "preflash validation failed"

pero cuando reinicio solo se queda en la pantalla del bootloader desbloqueado, si pruebo instalando desde el recovery me pone que no hubo fallos pero cuando reinicio no pasa nada.

Stuck in a boot looping after root/recovery/ROM. Not sure where I went wrong. Help!?

Looking for some help if available. Rooted and flashed customer recovery per the instructions, but I'm stuck in a boot loop. It goes from the note 4 screen to the tmobile screen, then loops over and over again. I then flashed the TEKXodus ROM and kernel from my SD card. Still boot looping, but now has the dolby screen instead of the tmobile screen. Anybody know where I went wrong? I could use some help. Thanks!

Samsung Go Prime, Unauthorized Software Notification Locked My Phone

Ok so I'm not sure where to put this thread and please forgive my bad grammar and punctuation if I have any. I already read some threads on this forum about a problem like mine and tried to follow the instructions to get back into my phone, but none of it worked so....

I have a Samsung Go Prime that I bought from Wal-Mart for around $100. I rooted it, and got the message "unauthorized software has been found on your phone, please take it to nearest AT&T etc etc". So I did just that, took it to AT&T, called up Samsung customer care on the phone, and took the phone to some sort of Samsung representative or worker person in Best Buy and nobody seems to be able to help me. I downloaded Odin and Philz Touch and tried to flash that and I kept getting Nand fail. I tried Kies and evidently Sammobile website doesn't seem to have the firmware I need either.

Somebody plleeeaassee help me. I had to pay another $100 just to get another phone so now I feel like I wasted $100 for a phone that wont work now. Maybe I didn't use Odin or Philz Touch firmware properly or didn't follow a certain instruction correctly at some point?

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Trying to restore my mate 8 to full stock but the themes aint working. So i found out flashing the userdata.img from B133 rom could fix this.
I have the full update package but theres no userdata,img in it. How do i extract this ?

How to modify Android system as that.

I need to turn off automatic shutdown Snapchat as background application.
It's probably Android that saves battery, improves performance. I want to make only Snapchat application that can run in background. I checked process task manager and It shows that Snapchat is wokring. But when I run this application it always restarts. I'm also very angry when I turn off backlight and unsaved snap disappears.
I have custom android based on kit kat 4.4.2 on lg p710 (optimus l7 ii) device. I believe that there is option to modify engine.

Android 6.0 CM 13, cant copy backupfiles on the phone.

Hi guys.
I just istalled the newest version of CM13 on my G900F and it works flawlessly.
I was too lazy to create a propper backup with titanium etc. however, and just copied the WhatsApp/Camera folders etc.

I wanted to paste these folders on the new phone, but it doesn't allow me to do that.
I cant even see these folders on my SD card (on PC).

Hope you can help me out.

Big problem with 2G

Hi everyone !

Lately I went to a place were 3G/4G was not reachable and it is there that i noticed that my brand new Moto X play couldn't get any connection in 2G mode even if the place was fully covered with 2G/EDGE...
In 3G/4G there is no problem only on 2G.
I tried in the settings to put 2G only and I can not get any signal even now that i'm back home ....
I tried a factory reset from the recovery it did not work :crying: Do you have an idea on how to solve that problem ?
I also tried to use the sim card with another phone in 2G and there it works fine with maximal signal ....

Help! I soft bricked my Pumpkin head unit and need help fixing it!!!

I have a pumpkin rk3188, 2gb ram, 32gb nand, 7" head unit (http://ift.tt/1WhMQfb) and I tried to get Malaysk rom on it, but it wouldn't let me into bootloader or recovery no matter what I did, even with root bootloader just rebooted system and recovery went to recovery but just ran a factory reset script without giving me any options. So I tried to flash a factory image using the gps sd and naming it update.img, now the boot logo is different and it's stuck in a boot loop and I still can't get into bootloader or recovery. And I've tried to put another update.img on the sd card, but it does nothing. Is there anything I can do or am I sol?

With the UHS-I's I get a "processing" msg when taking UHD videos, it only pops up for a second or two so it's not a problem but I would like to know if I could get faster read's and write's in general as I do transfer large files (1-3gb) often through an OTG external drive (10-20 MBs).

Google Play services force close

I have an issue which is my fault on Insert Coin rom,. I flashed latest elemental x kernel 7 when originally on 6.02 I believe. Then google play services started to force close constantly after flashing. Wiped system, and cache, flashed latest Inert Coin rom and went back to Elemental x kernel 6.02 and Gplay services still force closes. Wasn't doing this before I flashed kernel version 7. Any suggestions. I don't want to wipe data as well but if I have to then ok.

Quick for wear - unable to use on gear 2

What's the actual difference between master resetting and factory resetting

From what i learned if you have a unlocked phone that master resetting it could/will lock it back to its locked state. What else all happens and the diffrences. I seen some stuff on Google after Internet search but it's hit n misses on some things. Thanks.

Flashing Stock Rom Via SP Flash Tool[Lenovo A7000]

PART-A
1.Download latest stock rom.click here
2.Downloading and installing driver click here
3.Downloading SP flash tool click here
Then copy and extract Stock Rom and SP flash tool in your PC.
4.ENABLE USB DEBUGGING
Go to Settings>> About>> Build number and tap it 7 times to unlock Developer options. Then return to Settings>> Developer options and tick the USB Debugging option.

PART-B
INSTALL STOCK ROM ON LENOVO A7000 ROW VERSION

NOTE: Before doing this process make sure you have backup of contacts, SMS, call log or files in internal memory. As it will format your whole phone.

1. Charge your phone up to 80% and disable all those firewalls or antivirus on your PC.

2. Run as Administrator the flash_tool.exe, that you will find by extracting SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1604.zip.

3. Click on "Scatter-loading" and browse the scatter fileMT6752_Android_scatter.txt,you will find this in target_bin folder inside the A7000-a_S223_160000_ROW folder.




4.In the menu "Option" tab, go to "Download", and put a "tick" in the "DA DL All with Checksum.


5. Now choose the "Download only" option like this


6. Now hit the Green Download button


7. Now turn off the phone and remove the battery for at least 5 seconds, then put the battery back.

8. Connect your Phone to PC via USB, this will start the flashing process.( if the flashing not started then you are having some driver or connectivity problem)

9. Once the process has completed, we will see a huge green check box.

10. Now we can disconnect the phone from the cable.
Now switch on your phone, it will take 6-10 minutes for first boot.

11. You have successfully installed the stock ROM or Official ROM on Lenovo A7000 ROW version.

Locked samsung s6 edge with wifi and mobile data off and USB debugging off no root

hello,
i register in this forum after investing many hours looking for a solution, i hope that i can found a solution, i will also pay if someone succesfully help me :)

i just get my First android after many years of IPhone..., short after i traveled to cuba and i made many pictures and videos.
during the holidays the phone do not recognize my fingerprint anymore, my password too, even if its the write one cause its the same pwd that use for phones since years.

my problem:
-New Phone: no USB debugging ativated.
-no root.
-Wifi is desactivated.
-mobile data is activated.

what i already tried:
1-reverse Tehering(to reset with my google account): do not work because usb debugging is not activated.
2- adb pull / push settings.dbo and chage value of wifi/mobile data from 0 to 1: device not found cause no usb debugging
3- used many apps that shoud acces internal phone memory even when it locked, did not show the phone

MY Goal: get my pictures and videos, either reseting the pw or copying the data will be fine before factory reset.

Note 3 after fall down

Hello,

my Note 3 has fallen down during this day. I changed the battery, tried to boot into download and recovery mode, plugged in on linux and windows (on windows I can access the internal sd card) and loaded the phone. But only thing the note does, is vibrate two times and then the blue LED flashes a few seconds. The display is always black during this procedure. (I made it that the display flickered a bit).

Are their any hints you can give me to revive my note?

Next i wanted to install stock V30B with flashtool, then make root and etc. I plugged to computer with download mode, i did everything good but in program showed me plug phoen to pc, i was trying and third time it was good, but i was not installing on phone, i unplugged, because i had low battery level. Does the Z3 support HEVC recording?

I may be wrong, but I heard that the Z5 supports H265/HEVC 4K recording, also with the Snapdragon 810. Is this the case with the Z3+? I'm thinking of buying the Z3+ (to upgrade from my Z1) and this might be the main selling point for me.
If yes, how is the quality and filesize with H265?
If not, is there a way to mod the software to get H265?

Cannot install apps on rooted NSTG

iOS have rooted my NSTG using glownooter and all went well in that it boots and everything is there as expected. Unfortunately I can see no way of getting apps on it. I have tried the following
-installing using browser, it crashes
-Opera mini does not work
- installing new browser, none available in market (I'm sure I've found dolphin there previously. )
-Amazon AppStore, does not work
-gmail attached app, cannot download
-email app, crashes
-google drive, box, Dropbox links in gmail, launches browser which crashes
-super manager crashes

I would really appreciate any help, all I really want is the kindle app working as the nook store is no more.

Do Jide employees actually read our comments and concerns?

I don't see the point of continuing on posting all the bugs and problems I encounter if the only people reading them are other users. This is the same thing that would happen on Facebook and the 2 previous Remix forums. It's like a "if we ignore them, they will go away" approach and it's very unprofessional. I really only want Jide to fix the basics (working WiFi, fully functional apps, apps that recognize the device as a tablet and not a phone, the option to allow apps and services to run in the background, and the ability for SD cards to format as exFAT or be recognized correctly out of the box). I've already given up on fixes for stuttering audio when the screen is off and good battery life (remember the whole "Remix Ultratablet can charge 3 phones at the same time" thing?). An acknowledgement that the team is at least aware of the problems would go a long way, guys.

About MultiROM:
For the past few days, I've been trying to port MultiROM v33 to our device so that we can multiboot with MM ROMs, but in vain. Although we have a working port of MultiROM already, it's sources are no longer available, and so we have to start from scratch. By referring to other Sony devices' source codes, I have reached a point where it boots all ROMs except MM ROMs, which is absolutely useless. If anyone has experience in the field and is willing to help, please do inform me, as this could be very useful to people who wanna stay on the bleeding edge with MM and at the same time, not lose camera privileges.

[APP][3.0] Busy - away messages for your phone

Busy is a multi-platform away message system to let people know if you're busy or not.

Just set your status and a message and people will know when to bother you. Curious to know if now is a good time to call your friend? Check their status! You will only see away status' from people in your contact book that use the app.

This is a soft launch of my application, its actually my first android application.......so feedback is highly recommended and appreciated. iOS version coming soon!
