Differentiate between xperia z(c6603 and c c6616)?

I want to know whats the difference between c6603 and c6616.. Basically what i want to know is that does the motherboard of c6616 fit c6603....are both the phones same from inside??? I really want to know this... Plz help me soon:confused:
