USB Connector Connected then USB Connector Disconnected over and over and over

When I plug in my OTG drive into the phone it keeps connecting and disconnecting endlessly - I have checked the drive on my PC and there are no errors on it. I have seen other people have the same problem. Below I'll post a link to the OTG drive I am using. Anyone have any ideas?
