Disabling Secure Boot in Surface RT?

Hello guys, I think I found a way to disable secure boot in Surface RT BUT I DID NOT TRY THIS.

Steps ---> boot into safe mode with CMD -> open regedit -> go to HKLM/SYSTEM/Currentcontrolset/Control/SecureBoot/State then change UEFISecureBootEnabled from 1 to 0 -> reboot to normal.

Please someone try this and report in comments.
