Hello Guys i am from pakistan i recently got my lg g3 f400s currently when i visit the software information page it shows me this

kernal version 3.4.0
build number KVT49L.A1402485356
software version F400S10E-GLOBAL-COM
rom information SphnX G3 Neo V2.0 Final
I want to update it to marshmallow because kitkat is too old so someone kindly tell me a step by step procedure for my lg g3 f400s model
i should also add that my phone is rooted it has superSU installed and also an app Rebooter by default which enables me to go to TWRP recovery.
