Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 upgrade to 6.1.1 from 5.0

Can I do the firmware upgrade with Odin1 for Note 3 SM-N9005 to 6.1.1
Now my current version is 5.0.
If anybody can help please send me the link to download firmware also.
