I have tried sevey times to get useful help from the human behind oneplus company.
The first try task what they wanted was that I full wipe off my phone.[emoji35] [emoji35] [emoji35] .
I accept this for a custom ROM but not from a company from which I buyed a device.
After I refused to do so and told them that they might think to find another way to solve my issue the start to go rude.
The HW is good but the human behind looks not very customer friendly or orientated.
Have anyone better experience with that company?
