Network lock after nv rebuild

Hello guys! So.. i have a s3 LTE and i recently flashed amcha rom kk 4.4.2. The problem was that the gps was not working fine so i followed a thread in which it was said that going to service mode, then utms, common, nv rebuild, restore backup would solve the problem. So i did that and after i rebooted the phone, it asked me for the network lock code and said my sim was invalid. It has never done this before. I received this phone in 2012 carrier-unlocked. I never had to enter that code. i have the 4.1.2 bootloader. I had previously done a nv data backup with QPST tools, but unfortunately i lost it. Also, i have the auto efs backup that agni kernel does if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as i have been struggling for hours and this basically rendered my phone useless :(
