Hi all,
Last night I was using my Nexus and the battery died during use. It happens. I plugged it in to charge and got a green LED which I though was odd since I had never seen that before. After a few seconds I got the familiar battery symbol on the screen but I noticed it wasn't charging. unplugged and replugged then went to sleep. I woke up the next morning to a very dead phone. No button combination would power it back on. I thought maybe the phone didn't charge at all so I moved it to a second Motorola Turbo Charger I have and left it for an hour. Came back, nothing. I then moved it to a Qi charger to see what happens. Came back an hour later, nothing again. I've tried several other chargers, and also charging via PC USB to no avail.
When I plug it in to my laptop I do get a "device recognized" tone from Windows 10 but nothing more. Device manager doesn't show me anything. ADB devices doesn't show anything.
At this point what can I do? This is the second RMA I've had to do from Motorola, the first was a bad power button.
Help!
