I want full explained ( each and every step) to install cm 13 on xperia arc s

I have install cm 13 on many devices but this mobile is dificult Because this mobile has less internal storage do i had to use sd card partition sd card to internal storage

One of the developer had made cm 13 for this device
I wanted to install cm 13 . I did as the developer mentioned the steps but it did not install i didnt get his steps to install

1st problem
When i folowed his steps . I got error on cm recovery
When i click install from emulater it says no /data
I dont know why this happend even after following dev steps

2nd problem

I saw another method to install from other website which uses slideload to install .i did exactly what the website mentiond but when i type "adb slideload update.zip" or other similar commands it gives command back saying somthing like " android debug" bacically it does not install

As peri know i have installed all the drivers correctly
