(Q) transferring a zip file to a soft bricked tab

I soft bricked my tablet and it only reboots into recovery. I don't have the ROM zip I need on the tablet. Is there any way to transfer a zip file so I can flash a ROM while its in recovery mode?

FYI I have the latest clockworkmod recovery installed.
