The question is simple. I want to disable the quick panel when the phone is locked.
Why? Simple, some idiot (or a thief) can disable the mobile data, and or the volume of the phone. I don't want that to happen... How can i do it?
My older phone (a Z1C that recently died), can do that with Xposed.
I prefer not to use Root-Flashing-Xposed...
