Audio playing only through ear piece in moto xplay

All audio including music,video sound,alarm, notification sounds ,etc playing through ear piece in my moto xplay .. Tried restarting and it resolves the problem for some days and shows up again
Pls help...brand new Moto xplay bought only 3 mnths before
