Adb sideload error

I am facing a problem with adb sideload

Whenever a sideload a offical firmware i get this error

* cannot read 'UL-Z00L-WW-21.40.1220.1615-user.zip' *

Anyway to solve

I tried this with other devices such as ze551ml and sideloaded succesfully
only in ze550kl
