bootloop - help me...

Please help, I accidentally somehow something wrong flashnul and not turn my cell phone ... there is only a green screen ... It's just Fastboot but not in it to flash TWRP or even system ... Does anyone have any idea ...? I did the same thing as here ... http://ift.tt/29Hk2er
