vbox, webcam does not work

Opensuse 13.1 x86_64
Virtualbox 5.0.24
Logitech C310 , usb webcam , UVC driver
Remis_Os 2016/06/30

when i try to use Hangouts for a video call then i see that webcam led is turned on but no image is displayed.
Also Hangouts is not responding.

is there a solution?
