While updating my OPO to ZNH2KAS1KN I ran into problems and needed to perform a fastboot oem unlock and that unexpectedly reset my phone to factory and creamed all storage. I thought I was safe with a complete TWRP backup but when the dust had settled I find that I am now missing several useful folders and files such a storage\0\Download, some picture galleries and some downloaded navigation maps. Is it normal for such storage to be excluded from a full TWRP (v3.0.2-0) backup or am I misconfigured or misusing the program in some way?
