My Droid 3's USB doesn't work (well it works with a factory cable to charge it from dead to almost dead, but otherwise it doesn't)
I'd love to solve that issue, but I'm not that hopeful. Anyways, I'd like to root, but AFAIK motofail is the only effective method and that doesn't work when a USB cable isn't recognized by the PC and phone.
Anyone know of either an apk based method or a way to root using adb over wireless (eg using an app like AirDroid)?
