I found a simpe way to get the camera app perfectly working on the actual CM11 snapshot for the international Samsung Galaxy S3.
I only copied the camera2.apk from my HTC One mini 2´s CM11 to the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Then deleted the camera2.apk on /system/app and replace the camera app from the HTC One mini 2.
Now i can take photos without problems and reboots!

Replace the camera2.apk in /system/app with the downloaded one. You have to delete the old one first.
