Hi, I just bought my Blu Energy X Plus from Amazon and I decided to root it, it all worked fine, then I updated the phone when it prompted me to update the software, so I did, it said that it failed to update and extract the files so I decided to reboot it, it became stuck on the boot logo! then i tried the data wiping solution by erasing the partition cache and formatting the phone but its still stuck! how do i fix this?
