[MOD][TWRP] Automatic change of location-Region

Requirements

1. Unlocked bootloader
2. Installed TWRP recovery v3.0.2

It is very simple just boot into TWRP and install ZIP file :D

Chinese location-Unicomelectric/cn

European location - hw/eu
