Can't receive or make calls on OMNIROM build

So I've built OMNIROM from source with cm11 as a base. Everything works fine except I can't receive or make calls. I've done previous OMNI builds and never had a issue except with this device. Here is my logcat http://ift.tt/1TTbsGD. I'm not sure if it's a audio issue or a RIL issue. Really guys I've been at this for months with reading and troubleshooting and it's still not fixed so I'm wait hoping to find help on here.
