can't install or uninstall app cant reset can't format via cwm can't restore backup

help i can't install or uninstall app cant reset can't format via cwm can't restore nandroid backup can't format system or cache or clear davlik cache my root acces is gone when uninstall app and then restart it comes back and when install app and restart u can't find it i can't do any thing with cwm can't flash rom when i mount system or data or cache it unmount it self all apps force close can't do any thing please help
